Such a great and easy app to use

I use to love this app but lately everytime I try to login , I get an “application error “ . I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it and I still run into the same problem

The app keeps crashing

Very easy to use, one of my favorites of my banking apps.

When this app had the widget available, I loved it; could easily see account balances without having to log into the app. Now have to log in every time. Booooooooooo 5 ⭐️’s when the widget is back

I’ve only used this for a short period of time so far but the one issues I’ve had is that the app will close out on its own randomly. Then you have to log back in all over again. This makes it tough sometimes to use features I really love. That being said the app is very handy with plenty of info and account management opportunities. One of my favorite things is the Chat Now function. I often have questions, being a new user, and they always have a quick and concise answer that proves true. They are always very polite and understanding. I enjoy that it’s a real person who can figure out what you need or what exactly you’re talking about, as opposed to a bot or ai that lacks the ability to infer and can only function on either extremely vague or extremely specific prompts. I hate bots and ai, I love that PFCU has real people :)

Great app but the widget was lost in iOS18 update. Please fix

Online banking have issues EVERY week! This is unprofessional and draining. I want to switch banks so bad.
