Philips Air+

Mein Luftreiniger konnte ich immer darüber steuern aber nun naja. Der Luftreiniger hat eine aktive wifi Verbindung und ist eingeschaltet. Das Smartphone ist an hat auch eine wifi Verbindung wie der Reiniger. Beide sind auch miteinander verbunden, nur die bescheuerte App erkennt es bei beiden nicht. Dort wird der Reiniger als offline angezeigt. App wurde schon neu installiert genau so auch der Reiniger neu gekoppelt. Aber die App hat anscheinend kein Bock ihn als online anzuzeigen. Koppeln ging aber steuern nicht. Seit einigen Updates ist das mittlerweile eine Katastrophe.

Le concept est bon et c’est agréable de pouvoir régler son purificateur avant d’être à la maison. Ce serait bien aussi de pouvoir réinitialiser le niveau de nettoyage du filtre depuis l’app car c’est très compliqué depuis l’appareil.

Man muss sich immer wieder anmelden. Die Einrichtung der Geräte funktioniert mal, mal nicht.

Non posso lamentarmi troppo, sono molto contento del purificatore in sé, lavora veramente molto bene e si lascia comandare anche bene tramite app, sarebbe bello se ci fosse anche una estensione per Google home, comunque sulla mia app mi indica che devo fare manutenzione del filtro, ho seguito le indicazioni come da manuale, ma ho visto già subito che sul purificatore in sé non mi dava nessuna manutenzione da fare e devo dire che è un po’ irritante avere un purificatore che va e una app che mi dice di fare manutenzione perciò sarebbe da mettere apposto questo punto, ho provato la versione beta per Air+ e devo dire che non è male ma voglio aspettare la versione integrale per la gestione di Air+ per il resto grazie Philips

Funktioniert nur mit 2,4 GHz. Sehr schlecht, bitte sofort auf 5 GHz freischalten. Standart bei den meisten Internetroutern.

Hat zuvor problemlos funktioniert. Warum macht der Hersteller aus der Ferne mein Gerät kaputt?

The app lost my device (air purifier) out of nowhere. Now shows me advertisement in place where my device used to be. I still get air quality notifications from that device as regular notifications, but the device can't be found. Funny. Also, after every update, the app turns on 'sharing analytics data', without asking or notifying. Make sure you check after every update. Settings > Manage consent.

Every time I open the app, it asks to share my data. Every time I answer no, but it keeps asking

Nach Update auf Air+, 2 Bestehende Geräte verschwunden. Neue Installation von gleichen Geräten fast unmöglich. Bitte Störung dringend beheben!

Every time I go into this app it forces me to login. It’s happened so many time my phone does not know which password to use. This is beyond frustrating. It’s a fan, not a nuclear command centre! Older.. The last two time I opened the app , I’ve had to go through the rigmarole if not no my logging in , it resetting my password , only to be refused login twice and resetting twice (using pw manager), then to be logged in halfway through the third reset attempt when the api suddenly woke up. Note to Philips (and all) users don’t like having to reset and re-login to apps that have been operational for months/years. Otherwise, it’s a great app!
