The QR code scanning is a joke. I scanned the QR code in distance, it enlarged the code and froze outside the scanning box, and nothing happens after that. I tried inputting ESN code manually. The app found this model but won’t connect to it. The help section on the app says to turn on Bluetooth set up mode from the lock, there is no Bluetooth option from the settings. Is this a joke or counterfeit?

1. The FAQ section in the app for DDL210X-1H leads to a blank page that says “No more” 2. I can’t add user codes from the app 3. I can’t delete one-time use codes after they’ve been generated. They still appear in the app after they’ve been used. 4. I can’t submit feedback from the app. I filled out the form but then I get a “network error” message 5. If I try to email from the “support” section, it doesn’t actually put your email address in the to: field How can I trust such a terrible app with my home security?
