Philips Lumea IPL

The app after 2 months , it don’t get to work and I entered the account app , it’s asked the QR number I was enter it but warring about that device not found. I tried to enter another option but I have ipl 9000 , the app gives 3 options one of them scan QR and it doesn’t work , and model ipl 8000 and ipl 7000 and these options don’t fit with my version 9000

I love this app but i have some questions about the red light and the app doesn’t help me with this problem

It would be great if you could have more customisations regarding treatment areas. For example adding your own treatment such as the back. I also like doing the lower half of my legs separately as my thighs take much longer so it would be nice to have them as two separate treatments.

IPL is super convenient and handy. No need to go for salon appointments. You can do all the hair treatments at the comfort of your home. It works wonders but not for darker areas of body.

The app is great, and I love the reminders. I only wish there was an option to customise the areas of the body you are lasering (i.e separate calves and thighs, add other sections that other people might not need)

I love to use Lumea. It made my life to much easier

But the videos have no sound! 😢

Life changer for me . Love it from deep of my heart . Very easy to use and effective. Most try if you have thick and black hair.

It’s an okay app for tracking treatments - I think it could be simplified and streamlined though. And the tips and tricks videos never seem to have an audio to them so I can’t benefit from them!

I really love my machine and the app is ok for the most part However, for some reason all the tutorials play with no sound no matter what I try. All videos come out with no sound. I mute and unmute, connect to other things, nothing seems to work. I also really wish you could connect the app to your calendar.
