Philips Sonicare For Kids

Honestly, in 2024 both my wife and I should be able to have the app progress synced on both our phones. I mainly do the brushing (almost 3yo) but I also work shift work so sometimes my wife needs to do it. It’s not great having two profiles. Please add this option!

We have been using this app for a year now and it’s great, it’s gotten my 5 year old to brush his teeth. My only criticism is that it loses his teeth brushing streak occasionally for no reason and I have to deal with a tantrum every time that happens. Please fix the issue for my sanity’s sake

I was about to brush my teeth and I lost my streak and it’s only 7:00 I thought it was supposed to be 12:00. Please fix this if it’s wrong😭 Thanks

Still giving 5 stars but please make this app available across all devices!!! I’ve just updated my phone and my daughter has lost her mind over having to start again with her sparkly. Can you please make it so you can just sign in and have the same sparkly. It’s so disappointing for kids to have to lose all their hard work just because you need to update your device or change it. Also what about split homes? You can’t sign in and having it run across 2 families. Just saying she wanted to quit brushing her teeth because her sparkly character was gone… please fix it or we have to go to oral b 🙄

It has lag, the streak is causing competition, won’t work well

My little girl loves brushing her teeth with this and seeing her sparkle get new prizes. The only down side is that I have 50/50 with my daughter so even though I’ll give her a credit for those days she is not with me her brush streak doesn’t go up I think it actually resets I think but I can’t remember. For her will mean the most she would get is 5 days in a row. Might be worth looking into for that support for split homes

I can make a tone of visual glitches happen by spamming buttons or something like that

Well done Phillips. This is fantastic way to get kids brushing well. My daughter loves it especially the rewards in the app
