Mabagal yung apps at pagpaprocess. Hassle din yung hindi pagpaprocess sa weekends and holidays. Wala man lang abiso na holiday pala ng araw na yun at hindi mapaprocess ang padala. kaylangan pa kontakin yung customer service para malaman mo na matitingga pa pala padala mo at mag-aantay ka pa ng working days😖😠😡. Halos lahat kaming mga ofw hindi na masubaybayan kung anong araw ba yung weekends at holiday lalo na dito sa taiwan. Pano kung kaylangang kaylangan na yung pera sa pinas ?

It takes forever for ARC review

so many times to follow up to the agent to delete my other account so that can transact again but always told me they will delete very soon but already more or less 5 months until now no action done,,still problem exists .this issue is very long time ago...
