One Goal At A Time is a 100 % private tool (no spying nor tracking here) that helps you become the best version of yourself through goal setting and tailored reminders. Start each day by setting a goal, a challenge that you choose for yourself. The app will help you throughout the day by sending you reminders at a pace decided by you, to help you stick to your goal. When you are ready, check in your goal. You can set another goal if you want to, or just build new healthy habits one day at a time!
The app is here to help you try and achieve your targets, and keep you motivated and uplifted if you didn’t. Going one goal at a time is a way to listen to yourself, forge ahead in a path that is uniquely yours and quiet the omnipresent noise in our overachieving culture that everything needs to be done at once. By focusing our energy on one specific goal, we give ourselves permission to be ok with the other things we are letting slip that day.
Go at your own pace and set goals that motivate and ring true to you, because everybody has their own journey. It doesn’t matter where you start, the app adapts to your needs, not the other way around... The insight screen allows you to track your progress, revisit past goals and look up your streaks.
Writing down a goal has several benefits: a sense of commitment, better focus, improved clarity and accountability.

The quote of the day is meant to inspire, start on a positive note. Abundance comes when we realize what we have, not what we miss. “What was the most important thing of the day?” Write down your plans for the day to come or find closure at the end of it. Find grandeur in the ordinary of the daily life, or highlight an unusual experience. “What do I love about myself today?” Self-love is the top priority of the app. We should always find something that we love or feel proud, not just with the world around us, but within ourselves. Every single one of us is beautifully unique and deserves praise and love, not from the others, but first and foremost from ourselves (which can often be very hard to do).

Cannot register on the app
Not user-friendly. No subscription fields for new subscribers. Sign-in button is useless if you haven’t registered yet. It will not give you options like for example “Not yet registered, press this link”. When I messaged PhilippineStar on messenger, they sent me a link for me to signup so I can use this app. Unfortunately the link is not even available. This app is “PAY BEFORE USE” so please make it worth our while, make it easy for us users to access and not make your clients figure out things for themselves. Also, signing up on a different platform like a browser then going back to the app to sign in again is so much hassle especially if this procedure is not even mentioned on the app. I have to message customer support for me to know this.
