Worst app I have ever used ! The app makes you register and you are asked to create a password . You are then ment to get a SMS message (did not come through ) multiple people with my tried this app and NOT ONE could pay via this app within the 10mins given as there was “multiple Errors’ happening. I hope the management of this company sorts this out to stop fines from happening . DO NOT recommend at all.

Make it as hard as possible to use. Truly awful. Gave up in the end.

This appears to be an app designed to fail and leave you unable to pay for parking. It says a lot that local councils are using it.

For reasons that one could never fathom, Brentwood Council use this trash app. When paying for parking having arrived I want to dial in how long I want to stay not the time I intend leaving. As a resident I get a discount on parking-the app does not support this. I can’t believe there is an idiot out there who rated this higher than one star.

Truly awful user interface, too many unnecessary steps resulting in a very time consuming registration and payment process. Almost feels as if it’s designed to make it so difficult that fines can be extracted from you!

Apple please withdraw this app. Payment options are very weak. No Apple Pay. Feels untrustworthy. Delete!

Worst app ever seen in any platform. I like to see the face of the child who made this childish app. Hilarious.

Absolutely awful app. Takes too long to set up, isn’t fluent and wouldn’t save my card details. I don’t think it’s a stretch to say it’s the worst of the several parking apps I have.

Poorly designed app, always logs you out for no reason and nearly impossible to log back in.

Terrible terrible app. Not recognising my log in details despite charging me so I can’t get a receipt.
