Recently, I downloaded this app and opted for a yearly subscription, which was advertised to come with a 3-day free trial. Despite this, I was unable to access the promised features. Instead, the app prompted me to download a weekly subscription. Assuming the yearly subscription had not been processed (as it did not appear in my running subscriptions on my iPhone), I approved the weekly subscription as prompted. Unfortunately, the same issues persisted: I am still unable to access the app's functions. Additionally, I have been unable to cancel either of these subscriptions, leaving me feeling scammed and frustrated.

Makes you sort/select before asking for payment
I used this app to sort photos.
If I recall correctly, they let you delete one “set” (example: duplicate photos) of pictures for free.
If you are willing to pay, this app is fine. If not, note that they will make you select/sort through your stuff before asking you to pay (4 dollars a week which is kinda insane tbh). Obviously, if you don’t pay, all that work you put in (looking through the material you are going to delete) will be lost.
This app isn’t horrible and honestly, the main reason I’m giving it one star is because the average is too high.

Doesn't work
Tried multiple attempts to merge duplicate contacts, won't make any changes. Rebooted and renlaunched, same number of dupes. Worthless.
Overkill!
Program deleted FAR TOO MUCH! It deleted ENTIRE ALBUMS!!! Apple Tech Support assured me that I can return to my master files, and re-create the albums. However, there are pictures that I have yet to locate. It will take weeks to re-file and re-create what this program deleted. AVOID THIS APP!!!
I can’t even use the app
The app crashes every time I try to take action on what it found. It’s useless. I’m glad I only spent $3.99 on the one week price, and not any more on it. However, I’ll still ask Apple for a refund on it. Can’t even have it pulled up for 15 seconds without the app crashing. Good concept, poor execution.
WORST APP EVER
This App didn’t merge my contacts as advertised, but lost most of my 6,000 contacts of a work lifetime on a day! Be careful it’s really bad and you might lose lots of info!
