Paid 3 times, no refund, tried transfer 5x and FAILED
Beware potential a BIG scam- will see it in years to come.… personal data. I have used all kinds of tech for few decades. This is a fair authentic user feedback. 1) PAID -I paid for the apps 3 times on 11th July 24. Each time I was led to another payment. Some subscription apps (Monile trans and they do have different names within the app) did not transfer WhatsApp so I continued to pay, thinking that it was easy to proof and ask for refund. 2) NO LICENSE NUMBER- I bought it from Playstore the licence number was not emailed or sent to me. Developer had no record too even with the email used!! I called them and they said I was to email them screenshots of my purchase so they can “see what they need to do”. (Folks, they may have a lot of downloads but don’t be fooled. You can have millions of downloads but only those that paid can attempt to use it, if they even are able to!) 3) TOO LONG- One of the Apps I bought was “phone to phone” but it did not work for WhatsApp. So had to erase everything and start again. All in all I did lots of work, for 25 hours or more spread over few weeks. And still fail. ( few weeks because I was too tired and had to call and verify and call … so I had to split out my time) 4) NO EXCELLENT- Help desk seems to know the issue - that this is not a smart app- it is done by some cheap Chinese based, not diligent, no excellence, did not think through types of developers. 5) I ended up using MOVE TO ISO by Apple. It was slower but more secured. 6) NO REFUND- I then called help desk and was told ( I bought from Playstore and AppStore new and old phone) that they are “3rd party” ( hello ?? Most people download from play store or App Store !!) and “they cannot do anything and I need to talk to Playstore or Apple App Store). I did. Playstore said NO REFUND for this company’s … Thanks for reading Please you don’t have to go through this
