Nothing is working as it says , very poor customer support, too much waste of time and money Just no Phone Box More updates in the future

Charge money unauthorized!And rude customer service!
Just don't
Be aware of this company because you probably would have trouble with porting your phone number out. You will have to fight for your number, just avoid them now and don't get into problems in the future.

App just shows 0.0 mb used. 0% usage.

New update has no google login.

The app can not track data usage
The app can check detail of the plan. But can not track data usage . Useless
Data Override
By law they are supposed to send a warning and ask for explicit consent to override given data, but they didn’t so I was asked to pay additional $200. Under the Wireless code, service providers MUST obtain expressed consent before exceeding $50 in data overcharge. They have not sent me ANY notifications, texts, or emails notifying this to me. So I disputed this issue and they admitted they were wrong so I only paid additional $50. If you were suddenly overcharged over $50, know your rights and fight back!
Can not look how much data used
I just didn’t know why they charge me over data for extra 15$. I am always connecting wifi all the time.
No data tracking
There is no effective way to track how much data is being used. Clearly a massive issue.
