I have been using PicTiles for over 2 years now. Money for my yearly subscription was deducted from my account but the app is saying I need to subscribe. When I click to subscribe it says I already have subscription but I can’t access anything on the app, as if I don’t have a subscription.
I purchased this app on a trial basis and decided to continue. Funds were drafted from my account and then was no longer able to use the app. I have contacted the developer numerous times with only one response that they would look into the issue and resolve it and nothing has happened this is been over three weeks now.
I love this app but it will not restore on iPhone 11 Pro Max. I have deleted and downloaded the app multiple times.

I really like how you can combine 5 pictures but I would like to be able to add more like one with all of my friends and I don’t like how you have to pay for 90% of the things on this app
I can get ads in a free app, but literally every button press in this app loads an add. Furthermore it looks like all the, like, free templates? Are wacky and wavy. Which is cool, but like, basic grid layouts are buried somewhere deep in there.
Holy freaking ads! I get it, ads are necessary for funds, but put a banner somewhere, not every time I click something pops up! And the UI is laggy and ehh at best
