Trying to pay by card for delivery is not working Only the print to store and collect works Quite painful

Thank you for a brilliant app, makes printing so much easier

I was extremely excited to discover this app. Photos live on our phones now anyway. First issue was the app being very slow to load the gallery (understandable as I have a huge photo library, but other apps don’t struggle with it). I received an email saying my photos are being printed and I can go to the shop to collect them (Cresta), just to be told it takes 24hrs and I should go back the next day. So the email system needs serious fine tuning. The shop wanted to charge me the amount again and I could not prove that I already paid using the app nor by showing the email (it doesn’t indicate it), so a login option (that saves card details and orders) would be great. I’ve placed three orders already and despite the bumpy experience it’s still a great concept.

Other than that. Brilliant quick and easy.

Once you have the app loaded it is not that difficult to use the app! I did however had to go to the store for some assistance to use the app! I would also like an option of smaller photos than 10x15! What about the size of a ID card?

A generally nice idea but it doesn’t help that raw camera formats are not supported and iPhones don’t have the capability to convert them. But the final straw in my short but frustrating experiment with this app was the continual resetting of iPhone thumbnails to the most recent photos, making it impossible to make any selections. I just lost half an hour of my life I will never get back.
