Photo Recovery: Deleted&Phone

Hi there, I unintentionally purchased this app and its subscription, now I want to cancel its subscription but there isn’t any option to cancel. Moreover, as I said this wasn’t my intention to subscribe it so I kindly request the Apple and its developer to refund me. Thanks

The app offers a 3 day free trial which you can cancel anytime, it does not highlight these 3 days are attached to a years subscription. For which you are instantly charged, the technicality being the funds won’t be removed from your account for 3 days. The sheer amount of reviews highlighting this is a testament to this, yet the same generic response is offered. We all know you are not sorry to hear how disappointed I am, so don’t bother copying and pasting the same response used numerous times in this review section. I utilised the app for less than 5 minutes and canceled the subscription within those 5 minutes. I want a full refund, I will be taking the matter further if this does not happen in an expedient manner.

I wanted to use the free trial but they just straight up charged me £35.99, I cancelled the subscription and when I try to email them through the app it doesn’t work, still haven’t got my money back!

I am very upset, because you say that there are 3 days of trial and when I opted for the 3 days free, they charged me the annual amount, which by the way automatically left my account, and this application is not useful for what I need, I already canceled it of the registration but it appears that I will have access until next year, that is, I bought something that I don't want. how are you going to solve this? because that is theft.

You HAD a search bar. I PAID FOR IT. You REMOVED it so it's either a refund or chargeback, and a 1 star review on app store because how can you be such evil?

This app is terrible and scammed me for £35. It false advertises a 3 day free trial and bills you for the whole year even when you cancel your subscription before the free trial is over! Very unhappy about this

I have , just like a previous review I have read , tried the three days trial, for around 10 minutes and found the app not to be what I want , so I cancelled the automated subscription straight away , but have received no mail to confirm this and instead received mail saying I will be charged in a few days , can I cancel and have a acknowledge of this , thanks .

It said 3 days free but charged me straight away when I cancelled straight away. It doesn’t even show the sub on the app either.

Hi I don’t even understand what the app does apart from find duplicate pictures your phone can already do ? I have tried online through apple and the app to cancel and refund but it’s not acknowledging my cancellation. Please can I get a full refund asap please as you have responded to others please and happy to give some advise to help develop better thanks Still no update or refund to my original query ? Received message saying can refund on app but no option please help and process refund asap !? As promised !!!
