This app is not good. It freezes on you and doesn’t work as they say. I downloaded this app while in China and tried to have signs translated to English and it didn’t work. Waste of money and unreliable.

I downloaded the app and used the 3 day free trial and it charged me the full year rate
Only 3 photos a day 😅
That’s all
Kinda dumb
Good but 3 a day? That’s kinda low for free maybe 10 a day atleast still a good app but it’s so restricted
Immediately helpful
I was in a hurry to produce a document and sone key text was located in an image. The app was 100% accurate in its recognition and easy to copy the text into my document. I found the app intuitive and I think the upgrade path makes sense for power users. If I find I use it more the more advanced premium features seem good value.
How do I unsubscribe?
Haven’t used it the entire year I’ve had it and can’t find anywhere to unsubscribe and it is due to renew in a couple weeks. I want it gone, I won’t be paying for it again.

Scam app
Worst scam ever. Even after upgrading to premium monthly it still had ads and has seller me non stop to pay a yearly fee. Wasted so much time trying to use something that I have already paid for.
Still get charged with free trial
I recently got this app and only used it for an hour. I was under the impression that since it offered a 3 day free trial that I wouldn’t be charged after that date. I canceled the same day I got the app and yet I still got charged. I attempted to email the creators of this app to sort something out but I have not received a response with no hopes of getting a refund.
AMAZING APP
this app helped me with my chinese worksheet and i got a lolly for it because o translated everything wowowoowowowo!!!
