All my videos vanished. doesn’t have the same quality of photos I uploaded, tried to download new update and now all my photos are gone….

Now forces purchase
I have has this app for at least 3 years now and payed a one time fee. I recently logged onto the app and now it is forcing me to pay a monthly subscription.
Sub required? Bye bye!
Used to be a great local file vault until latest update forces subscription plan to add a file to an album. This app is now useless to me and I have to migrate off this app immediately.
Unacceptable
I’ve been using this app for 5 years with no issues, now it seems all of my files have been deleted it kept saying migrating files and kept crashing, now it says zero media available. What a complete waste of money I feel like I’ve been robbed. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP
Los all my data
This i your foult since last update. I lost all my files, i cant log in i cant do anything now, the app crash all the time since update, and obviusly i have to delete it and reinstall because its crash 100%. And now you dont help me to recover my files. Its all you fault
Login and Back-up issues
I’ve had this apps for a bit and a but a year ago the app wouldn’t automatically back-up like it use to, the app got an update recently and now I can’t login to access what has been backed-up. I pay for the annual sub and I’m not getting what I paid for. I’m expecting the app to rectify its bugs by month’s end or I’ll figure out how to get my refund. What I have saved here isn’t leverage against me NOT submitting complaints. Please fix it. Thanks!
Horrible Update
I’ve been a long term user and was very happy. This recent update stripped out most functionality of the app for what reason? The app is basically useless at this point, extremely slow, no media playback controls other than play/pause which don’t work most of the time, and landscape mode is gone. Please fix these issues.
Updated, still broken!
Online backup migration causes you to lose access to all your local data!
It has issues
Been using this app fine but when i went and tried to log in it says something about migrating data and had me click to migrate. Now its crashing everytime i try to log in and not letting me get to my items . Very unhappy with this. Ive sent an email to support but cant log in. When you get in touch with tech support they do not provide good customer service at all. Its like they barely even read what you put in your email and then they just tell you to wait.. now all my files are gone and they never answered of they can retrieve them. Please do better with talking to your customers and take the time to explain. We spent money with you and now i am not getting the service i paid for.
