Nice
the best ever
It's not opened .
I’ve been around since concept, but now your charging and I couldn’t even download the pictures I had on there before you deleted my account. May the app have terrible luck and get deleted by all. Zero reason to charge a fee to the ones who have been down since day 1.
Horrible app, especially for one that's charging you to use it. Extremely frustrating to use. Slow, very buggy, loses files, shuts down randomly. You have to go through like 10 steps to do something simple like upload one video. It has been a waste of time. I'm only on the first day of the free trial and I'm already looking for a different app. Wasted too much time on this one. You're better off uploading to facebook and taking the hit on quality.
I get an email one day saying my account will be permanently deleted if I don’t reactivate. I haven’t logged in, for years, so I figured let me see what’s on the account. I attempt to reactivate and I’m being told I gotta pay $5 to do so and monthly thereafter. I have been living without the images FOR YEARS so I’m not paying it. The proper way to boost your bank, PHOTOBUCKET, is to allow the user to reactivate and see their photos for seven days and then screen pop in seven days that it’ll be five dollars a month to keep the account active not the other way around, that is predatory behavior. I already have an iCloud with relevant photos & storage. I’m not gonna pay you too, that’s asinine, all the best.
I’ve been paying for this app just so I don’t loose my pictures. At first I was able to save my pictures one by one without a problem although time consuming. I was able to do it. Now all of a sudden I’m not able to. All I want is m pictures off this app and on to my phone so I can delete this app and never think about it again.
Once they've got you're pics you have to jump through hoops to get your pics off their despicable app and onto your device. Listen to me, I've given you fair warning. BEWARE!!!!!
I would previously have given this more stars but to suddenly tell people that they have to pay or GO and not be able to keep their photos without having to pay a “cold storage”. Is ridiculous. I just cut my losses and went with deleting the account. As we do in all other life situations, I will simply get over losing my photos that I (at my own fault) didn’t have backed up elsewhere. Who wants to have all there money tied up in weekly/monthly/yearly reoccurring “unnecessary” fees over many different apps?!? Not me!
Like many people, I’m getting a bunch of emails from saying my account is going to be deleted… only to find out.. you now require a bunch of money for me to access the photos that was free. The company offered a free storage site… and made money off advertisements and other companies. But now… that you have everyone’s photos stored… you hold them hostage and demand money. You completely changed what was originally advertised to people as free. What was once a great company and business plan… your company Ontela decided to purchase photobucket and run it like bullys… telling everyone that they need to pay in order to get their pictures back. You wouldn’t be such slimeballs if you at least offered people a way to take the photos they want without paying… And try to win their business by offering new storage plans for subscriptions. But your not… you’re going for a money grab and forcing people to pay in order to access their photos.. so they can save them somewhere else. Wow… I’m just amazed at what jerks a company can be… *Copied from Wikipedia* Even years after abandoning free accounts, Photobucket keeps sending email "offers" that variously attempt to cajole or threaten users to switch to the paid plan. I guess your happy with everyone… even Wikipedia knowing that you run a business by threatening people and holding their millions of photos hostage.
