Refuses to launch
Latest update will not launch on iPad Air (iOS 12.5.7). Instead it instantly crashes before displaying the launch screen. Can find no way to downgrade to previous version.

This is the worst device ever and worst app the device is no more working with iOS16 and iphone 13 pro not advised at all
Does Not Work
the application has not been working for the past week. it closes when i plug the device in. please fix this bug as soon as possible.

Need to fix bugs
With iphone 13 pro max 15.2.1 every time i try to do backup is showing to give permission to my contact but there is no such option in the sitting to allow please fix it

This was the best drive for the iPhone 8plus never had issues until this last update no longer loads the flash drive.

Doesn’t work - constantly crashes
It will sync index my photos but afterwards it immediately crashes. No tech support. Product is worthless. Cannot use!
A piece of poopy...deserves no star!
This is the second one I’ve tried. I have an IPad Pro 3rd Gen. with the latest upgraded system software. This app will not recognize the 4K reader nor the 128G thumb drive made by the same company - Gigastone. The IPad Pro recognizes the drive outside of the recommended app so neither the reader nor the USB port is the problem.
