Photoleap: AI Art Photo Editor

They charged me $65 after my free trial ended even thought i canceled my subscription on day 1!! Be aware and dont download this app run by scammers!!

I have been using photo leap for years I’m the photo shop guy always making funny photos of my friends and family my couzin has asked me to photoshop angel wings on her partners father who had recently passed… sadly I logged on today just to see that photo leap now requires a subscription to use any of the tools that make this app important and different from the rest 😪 you can pretty much do all that the app offers now on your phone just editing pictures what a shame!! I give 2 stars because when it was a great app it was indeed a great app

I had high hopes for this AI photo app based on the hype, but it fell short in many ways. The interface is cluttered and confusing, making it difficult to navigate through the features. The AI enhancements often produce unrealistic and over-processed images that look unnatural. Additionally, the app crashes frequently, especially when working with larger files. The advertised automatic editing capabilities are hit or miss, with many photos coming out worse than the originals. The customer support is unresponsive and unhelpful, leaving users to figure out solutions on their own. For a paid app, I expected much better performance and reliability. I regret purchasing it and would not recommend it to others. Save your money and look for a more reliable and user-friendly alternative.

Photo leap used to be so good but now you need to pay for almost everything and I hate that! As someone who is not old enough to set up a pay cycle I can hardly use anything! I hope this gets changed because it seems every time I use it another feature is now only premium 😡

This app won’t give you decent capabilities unless you pay extra for everything , just a stupid app used it once removed it there is better for free out there

I only availed the one week free trial and cancelled my subscription right away. For some reason I got charged 33 dollars 2 days before the free trial ends. Which is not included in the membership fees they offer. I checked my app store for any actuve subscriptions, the app itself, and the photoleap website but all show no active membership. Which is very suspicious how they could bypass the app store and go straight to your wallet info. Good thing i did not have any funds in that account, but makes me worried what will happen once i have money.

Cancelled my subscription service but still getting charged for it!

Whilst I like the basic capabilities of this application unauthorised money has been taken. I paid via Apple Pay. I paid for one week & cancelled before the next week via the Apple subscriptions & less than a week later $25 was taken from my bank account through PayPal. I submitted a case through PayPal and got a refund. It’s like they create another subscription behind the scenes that you don’t know about and then are subsequently charge! Very alarming to have money deducted in a means that you didn’t even pay in. Knowing what I know now I absolutely would not use or recommend this app to anyone unless you want to have unauthorised charges taken.

This app has taken my money twice now even though I’m not subscribed and the charges don’t even show up in my purchase history!!! Have emailed the app and no response!! Now waiting on apple to investigate In a cost of living crisis to have $34 deducted from my bank account for something I’m not even using is awful! Not happy!!!!
