Have a subscription with my iPhone 11 and when I tap on the app it opens and then closes within seconds can no longer use it😞

I love it !, but I made the purchase of unlock by phone and despite having it synchronized with my Mac, I can not use the premium in the cp, it is blocked, I can not access all the options, pay the offer of 4.99, where It says that all updates are automatically unlocked, without watermarks. I wait an answer.

....I paid for the upgrade to premium. It was well worth the price until It stopped working. When I ‘restored’ the purchases, it recognizes that I have purchased the upgrade. It shows “Purchased” by each of the features, yet I am until to open them.

Not happy!!

I paid for the up grade to unlock everything I try to use it and it won’t let me it says need to up grade.So I go to up grade “again” and it tell me “you already have upgraded do you want to upgrade again” 😡

This app works great on my iPhone and my Windows 10 computer but for some reason won’t work on my MacBook Air. Still worth 5 stars!
