Service is good, app is bad
The app is really only good for notifying you that you have mail. You can’t even zoom on the images from the app. For anything more than notifications or requesting a scan, you have to log into the website. Pretty lame.

The support agents are very helpful. The app needs updates and a lot more features. Being able to have 2 accounts would be nice. Access to billing, everything available from a desktop, etc.
I am a new subscriber to PhysicalAddress. While I am enjoying the convenience of the virtual address service, I can’t say the same of the app. Firstly it’s a bare bones app. Today I find out I can’t even launch the app - It quits before it gets to the login screen!. Developer : please pay more, active attention to the development and quality. This is not creating a better impression or reputation for the business.
The app does nothing but crash. Will not open since ios 18.1. It was very minimal to begin with, but it gave you a look at your inbox which was helpful. Developers need to fix the ASAP there’s no excuse for not updating four years. Especially now that it’s completely broken.
I guess this app works on pre-iOS 15, because it now only works on my iPhone 6+, which is like 12 years old. The app hasn’t had update for 4 years. I still love the company, their service is outstanding, but it would be even better if they either upgrade their app or just remove it from the app store altogether.
I chose this company because of their addresses and competitive prices but was shocked to see their app completely useless and had to use the website. You can see who the mail is from and that is it. Now I see the app hasn’t been updated for 4 years and honestly it feels like the app was made in 2008.
You need to use the website for everything except check your inbox and what to do with those items. The website company as a whole is great the app needs work.

I love the service. It's an absolute life safer for expats. The app is almost not usable at times. -you can't see how many scans you have left in the app -pdfs don't load often and I have to force quit. -tons of ghost notifications after I delete mail. -can't batch forward from the app. -can't batch scan from the app It should work more like Gmail but it is a proprietary approach and it doesn't work well.
How come I can’t request pickup in the app? I have to go to website to request pickup.
