I have a recurring hamstring injury and I’ve been looking for something to help me out as I can’t afford the physio. Looking around for apps I came across this, and even with a small user base it helped me a lot in my recovery phase during a rough period and I have been able to slowly but surely get back into running marathons with work. Even if not the full credit goes, this app has been a big assistant in getting me back in the game. 4 stars.

Helped me with calf injury

For the past 4 months I’ve been searching all over the internet to help better my calf injury before my D1 trial basketball game only to find unclear instructions and a lack of info (or both) that is until I was recommended Physiofrog by my coach and the app has help me learn key stretches and methods in order to recover quickly. I have been using for a little over a month and it is safe to say this app is a no brainer. I will be recommending this to my fellow athletes!

I use PhysioFrog to prepare for my football and volleyball fixtures. Being able to select any muscle and then be recommended exercises makes me more confident ahead of games - especially as I’ve suffered a lot with quad injuries! I’ve also noticed that my quad feels much stronger after using the app (and haven’t injured it yet) - would defo recommend!!!

After 5 a side with my mates left me with a hamstring strain, PhysioFrog stepped in like a personal trainer. As someone who recently suffered an ankle injury, I can't emphasise enough how indispensable Physio Frog has been in my recovery journey. From the moment I downloaded the app, I was impressed by its user-friendly interface and comprehensive features tailored specifically for ankle injury rehabilitation. One of the standout features of Physio Frog is its detailed exercise. Whether I needed to improve range of motion, strengthen weakened muscles, or work on Physio Frog had a variety of exercises to choose from, complete with clear instructions and demonstration videos.
