I like the video aid to ensure the exercise is done correctly and the fact you can record the amount of reps completed. I would like to see the option to record sets too instead of total amount of reps. Also, the option to set reminders for more than once or twice a day. Maybe a home page to show some of the stats would be good too, so at a glance you can see progress/history without having to go into each individual exercise.
