Pi Browser

Why is the KYC not responding on the pi browser.. After loading it brings out a blank page and I am unable to complete my Mainnet checklist because of that. Kindly fix that please

I tried to download Pi browser for long all in vain why? I have done my kyc since but couldn’t download Pi browser. Please help me

I input the write cryptographic signature I used to confirm my wallet address yet they are still telling me incorrect pass phrase key why😢?

This unverified balance of a thing is outrageous and unfair Why should my balance be subjected to others verifying their KYC?

I haven’t done KYC cause I’ve been unable to access the KYC app, I’m always met by a loading spinner that goes on forever. Can I get a fix or at least be replied to on what the problem might be. I’ve tried clearing cache, reinstalling the app, restarting my phone, used different networks/Wi-Fi and trying with different mobile devices. I’ve dropped this complaint several times on the pi chat, filled the Pi KYC issue forms several times, and sent emails to the support team. Hopefully I’m heard with this media.

The app has refuse to open on my phone since I downloaded it I don’t know why, someone should help pls

I’m discouraged on how slow your support system is been 3 months now and wallet is inaccessible

I would like to bring to your attention the fact that the pi we have mined using our phone should not be subjected to control by other people's inability or lack of interest in the Pi network. For Instance, I have been mining my Pi daily and religiously, but because a certain individual in the security network is no longer interested or may have lost the phone they signed up with and not able to use pi again, so my unverified pi which is way higher than the one in my mainnet would go down the drain? This is unfair and not reasonable if you ask me, my progress in life should not be dependent on anyone so long l'm making personal efforts and doing what's necessary. I can't force anyone to use Pi or to stay active or for them to do the KYC so why are they being used to slow me down?

Please I have a friend whom I introduced to pi. But he passed away few months ago and there’s no way I’d go to his family to ask for his mobile phone just so I can keep him active on pi and no way I can verify his KYC with my face. Please I do not agree to your terms of subjecting the pi I mined to my circle’s activeness. It’s so unfair. I joined pi for over 2years now and I’ve mined over 700pi but sadly only 100 would be moved to my mainnet and the rest goes to waste just because my friends couldn’t verify their KYC?? It’s so unfair. Please look into it. Lastly,my KYC has not been approved for almost two years now,I don’t know what to do. I used the right documents and did everything right. Please look into this too. Thanks.
