I have the worst experience with pia ever . There’s more than idiot when it comes to pay back your refund amount. Repeating - More than Idiot … Never Ever even think to support National Airline , if Airline is PIA . تھو تھو . You will get crazy once you will get in touch With Such airline or airline staff.

Last year I was booking through app but I faced an issue where I couldn’t proceed to payment , I thought it will be resolved but this year again same issue same error. Even the webpage on mobile is not working properly. Better will not fly with PIA.

How to enter 13 digit nation id when app accepts only 11 gigits. Dozens of bugs u gandu fix it . Wasting our times. Mc.

Please fix the app as i am trying to book a flight and it is not going through.

Yeah have to delete the app right after the installation because it’s no useful. I wanted to download my purchased ticket but this option is neither available online nor in app.

Spoke with one of the PIA representatives a while back on PIA’s Intl helpline number. The guy I spoke with named Sharukh Ali and my experience of this few minutes call is wow 👏👏 1. Call got connected in less than a minute time. 2. He spoke very politely and was so humble throughout the call. 3. He listened carefully and responded very clearly with positive attitude. 4. Excellent customer service and improved a lot compare to before. Thanks for all his support he provided and appreciate his efforts.

Is there any option to login by app?

Dear PIA, Thank you for bringing back glory to our national carrier. I love the new design of this application. Clean and simple with excellent coloring. There is login option missing. Please sync rewards programs with this so that no need to fill the passenger information every time. Overall it’s a great change.

I love Pakistan 🇵🇰 I want to use Pakistani airline but this application is not working plz fix it
