Picarto: Live Stream & Chat

Every time I go on the app or the website I can sign in however it will not let me watch any form of stream. I missed a stream so went to try watch the VOD but it’s just constantly loading with nothing happening

I’m disappointed as a user that this app was functional but after the last update, I can’t sign in at all making it completely useless and a waste of space on my phone.

The new rehaul update broke the app completely, ‘something went wrong’ when signing in no matter how many reinstalls

Signing in is such a struggle, I constantly get the error that something went wrong

Couldn’t sign up using the app as it buffered for several minutes before giving an error message. Switching to browser enabled me to sign up in seconds. Similar problem with signing in - very quick and easy on browser, has yet to sign in in the app as it is taking so long. Unfortunately it very difficult to view streams in mobile browser, as they do not load well.

iPad Pro, works for twitch and streamlabs but not PicartoTV, it’s a shame because it’s the only platform I’m interested in streaming on right now. App itself is fine and will change rating if resolved. (Edit: found a workaround to use streamlabs and it works)

It's a good app, sure it has its minor quirks but it's actually really good. It needs more publicity to be fair.

Won’t let me register, keeps saying something went wrong.

Everything pretty much works but for me the stream its self wont even play even when the chat is working. Please fix this

The app is good, don’t get me wrong, but I generally choose desktop over app, but when it’s late and i wanna watch a stream of someone i follow, i use the app. It works how it was intended to, but the main problem i am facing is the buffering. I never get buffering on desktop, only when i am starting to watch a stream, but on the app, it seems to want to keep the buffering icon on the screen, even if the stream is working as intended and is not pausing. Other than that issue the app is good.
