Pick-Up On-Demand

I’ve started to realize that you either get times that don’t work in ur favour or “sorry, the busses are in high demand in ur area”. When they aren’t. Like I’ve almost been late 4 times because of how stupid the times are. Like either get more busses or add a “drop off time”. At least the drivers are ok

On time and friendly , just wish they could accommodate times better and start earlier for shift work I’m doing

I’ve been using these services for 3 years and I can now say: 80% of the time I try to order a bus even days in advance it tells me their service is in high demand around the area for the time I searched as if I need to buy a premium membership and whenever I do find a bus I’M THE ONLY ONE IN IT. I don’t understand if this is an app issue or the drivers just lie about being already booked so they don’t have to work, but it severely needs to be looked at. Other than that the drivers are nice and polite, but that doesn’t outweigh this incredible issue.

The app is good when it works however I pay lots of money monthly for this service and it’s not letting me book any busses this week in the area I need even when I try and do it a week in advance it’s saying there is no service at that time in the are I search. I search within running times of 8-9 am and 3-5 pm and nothing! It’s so frustrating, and often times drivers are late. Why can’t I book any busses!?

All the drivers are super friendly and it is such a convenient helpful service to have I have no complaints it has been a breeze booking rides as I book everything a week in advance I just wish they had service on weekends and later in the evenings For someone such as myself to not drive through to Health and personal reasons this would be very beneficial

Buses need to be booked at least a week in advance or else good luck getting a ride, can’t go anywhere last minute. Doesn’t run on weekends or at night. Extremely inconvenient and frustrating to use.

Always on time to where I need to go, Busses are never late. Friendly driver’s and Great service. Only reason I left a 4 start and not a 5 is because, I wish the busses ran later into the evening on weekdays. Also running on weekends so that people that don’t have an other means of transportation can get to work if they need too. It would help a lot of people out more then it already is…

It made my life easier. It’s always on time. All drivers are polite and help you thorough. I wish it’s also available upto late hours and weekends too.

I am so impressed with the service it is just so convenient and has made my life a whole lot easier and definitely has been saving me a lot of money. The bus drivers are all super helpful and are so nice with lots of information to offer. Thank you. All

The app was easy to use and time was accurate. Driver was great!
