Totally block for order item, Not able to login, After giving otp , then white screen is coming and nothing happens
Want to give a zero with all that cheating : I was an advert Pickly user for 1-1.5 years. I have been a patron and promptly tried to help them by collecting and returning the bags they sent (beginning of the year) have always sent good reviews . Always participated in all their 30-40 mins long survey calls giving useful feedback I was wondering how are they able to manage business with fresh delivery very soo. For even small amount products . But things changed now I understand all above was to win confidence and do proper cheating : 1. Many instances of missed items in delivery 2. Even more instances of sending smaller items when big items were requested - not once ,twice or trice every single time I order big size items and they deliver a smal one ! Like order 500gm paneer they deliver 100 Order a 500gm Jamoon mix they deliver 150 Multiple instances With items coming in prepackage we know the weight mentioned but with veggie and fruits you can’t know that. 3. I have seen during mango season 1 kg mango having 3 fist sized mangoes coming (when out of curiosity I went and once weighed them ) they were 600gm !! 4. They charge for immediate delivery and never once have delivered me in stipulated time .I don’t mind paying extra for the service that is genuine I have tried it 3-5times before understanding the cheaters. 5.I have also seen super spoilt products being delivered a full can of Amul ghee that was spoilt it’s expiration date was 10 days away (hence it was tasting rancid (know that ghee will have dates of 1year as exp date ) and they dint agree to return as return date was not over
Pickly nice app but no tracking facilities available
I am using pickily for a while .What I have noticed that their delivery time is really very bad . Mostly I didn’t get bother from the delivery time , but today what I experienced was that my order got delayed by more than an hour. Its was showing ‘instant 29 mins’ instant delivery in the app. And Actually it got delivered around 1 hr 40 mins. Why you people are showing false delivery timings in your app? Be Honest, tell that your delivery will take 1-2 hours so that we can order accordingly. I called customer care and got to know that delivery executive was carrying 5 orders. Thats what hammered my delivery. I told to cancel my order, but pickly dont have refund policy for late deliveries. Seriously, you need to work on your delivery strategy or be honest about your delivery time. I got lesson learnt today that not to use pickly further. Many will follow the same . I ordered at 3pm they didn’t deliver at 6:30pm also,looks like they are not interested in customers,if they continue this type of service they have to close soon.deleting this app.

Waste app
I always order fro this app. But Worst service ever I had order watermelon and the watermelon was rotten and had a cut. I contacted them and informed about it. And they first told they will replace them again after that they have emailed status we do quality check and stuff. Why would I lie about the order. I asked them to come and pick the watermelon.it’s not about replacement or a refund it’s about the service they provide. Pathetic I suggest u all to stop using this app and their service.
It is continuously crashing after last update, please help.
