I subscribed to a subscription (premium-yearly RM299.9) in the app, but I cancelled it later and deleted the app. However, when I checked, I found that the subscription was still active. At that time, I used an e-wallet but the balance was not enough, so the money was not deducted. And now because of this reason, I cannot download other apps. What should I do?
