Your dumbass app won’t let me identify these animals like I would take a picture and it takes me straight to the subscription page and so press free trail but it down seem to work, idk if I’m being stupid but it seems yall forcing me to pay

I had found a baby lizard in my shower/bathtub and I took a picture with flash on so it was a clear picture, and I went in to the app and inserted the picture to be scanned and I told me it did not work! Please get this fixed.
