Five years since an update. I wonder why it does not work. Will never open the account. Just deleted and will try again.

They emailed me my user info and the app still said I wasn’t a registered user. Tried to re-register and it said that my information was already in use… what’s the point. Going to go somewhere else.

i swear this app hasn’t been redesigned since IOS 4.0

The app is a hoax right?

can't recharge my card. goes into an authorizing dee loop. went on for over 5 minutes. had to terminate.

Doesn't even work. Trying to register where it says register card/sign in and you click this link it's only for "existing members". So I tried the other tab for those without cards to just register regardless & it doesn't even have our stores location even though that's where we got the card and it requires you to select a location. Ugh. This app needs serious help. Obviously no one trials this before implementing.

The ability to add your card to passbook would make this rather homely app much more useful.

App looked great at first, but after registering, it closes immediately after opening. Good thing you don't need it to get your points.

Worked fine at first, then after redeeming, the app crashes and doesn't open at all.
