Good idea but needs a lot of patience
The UX is great, intutitive to find out what to do next. Overal is a great idea to "automate" these type of processes. However, creating the first case for tax refund was a bad experience because after any file upload the app crashed and needed to start again. Overal it took more than 40min to get going and register a case as a new user. (i.e passsport upload etc.) If I have next tax refund case probably I'd use the app to give a try but the first case took way more time then going to the counter at the airport.
