PI.FYI by Perfectly Imperfect

This is a great idea, but the execution is awful. The app is almost completely unusable because the delay.

I love Perfectly Imperfect but no matter how many times there is an update the app continues to lag for me. It’s so slow it’s almost impossible to use. I’ll keep trying to use it but really hope it starts to work better!

full of genuine advice, recommendations and creativity. the most calm social platform I’ve ever been on. love love love it thanks for this lovely place to hang. it’s so cool you don’t even want to be on it for too long cause you get inspired to live life by reading the posts.

I sincerely love this app and the community on it, but with each update it seems to just get slower and slower. Things take too long to load after pressing buttons, so I end up avoiding certain features like lists or bookmarks. I frequently have to tap things multiple times for them to occur. I understand this app is small and does not have the same resources as others to deploy fixes and improvements, but I strongly suggest the creators prioritize functionality and smoothness over any other modifications right now as it is becoming off-putting even as someone who cares about the app. I have invited users who unfortunately did not stick around because the app was clunky and annoying to use.

I absolutely love the fact that this app is focused more on casual blog style posts rather than highly curated photo feeds. When I shout my thoughts into the void, people actually respond! I will say that the app is veryyy slow and several features don’t work or glitch out, but I’m hoping the devs will continue to fix them as the app gains more popularity. Overall a great time, highly recommend for people who enjoy media.

Genuinely the most interesting idea for a “social” media platform. The ONLY downside is the UI is a bit laggy. This will surely be repaired with time, but overall Im super hopeful!

Yeah I have been subscirbed to Pi for awhile. I like the new format and connections with people. Also like the way you can save recs. the app is obvi glitchy being a newish platform but it does the job
