I was sent a promo code during the national day period. It imposed a minimum spend of $50. After I added the promo code and sent the order, I was still charged full price. Company refuses to refund or reply after repeated emails and texts. Beware of these tactics by Piing!
Will promise 1 time then call 15 minutes in advance to say it cannot be done. Terrible service. And this is before I’ve even received the product. Never again
Best laundry service in sg
Piing is extremely unprofessional. After losing your item, they’ll proceed to charge you for it and move extremely slowly on identifying the missing item. For four days, they didn’t even know what the missing item looked like. They also do not abide by pick up or delivery timings at all, so use this service at your own risk.
The pick up and delivery driver is always late
I do not recommend using Piing! They do not take care of your clothes. They lost my expensive shirt, took time to respond to just finally realized they lost it. They said they can only pay up to 10x the cost of dry cleaning (which is in their fine print). Even that, they did not pay on time and has failed to respond to many email follow up. Better be safe and use other service providers.
Despite multiple complaints, the laundry smells like it’s been soaked in laundry powder with a smell so heavy I have to rewash it. This is in addition to a previous incident of an entire load of dark colour laundry coming back with bleached patches. After receiving credit from complaints, the following bill did not deduct from credit and instead use credit card payment which defeats the purpose of a wallet credit. While I like the convenience of the service the frustration of the quality of the wash is no longer worth it.
Incorrectly charged me and now I don’t want to use the app. But app wont let me delete the credit card, and now I might have to check card for improper charges all the time!

Not on time for collection and never on time for delivery. If you want reliable service, never use them
