Great for shoulders!
Came across this class today and I found it just right in difficulty and it mobilised my tight chest and shoulders. Highly recommended if you hunch over a keyboard most days!

Fantastic in every way
Fantastic, easy to use app. Love the huge variety of classes available. There’s a class for every focus, challenge or time window that I have. I’ve used this app at home on my reformer and used it abroad on holiday when I’m wanting to do a mat class. Zoe and the other teachers make it all informative, fun and very easy to navigate. Couldn’t recommend the app more. Great value too!
So much choice !!!!!
I’ve tried so many pilates apps but this one gives you so much choice ! From reformer to mat to HIIT !! There’s everything!!! Give it a try guys you won’t be disappointed!!
Brilliant for at home reformer classes
I mainly use the app for the reformer classes which I can fit in around my life - whether I have 15/30/45 mins and depending on what area I want to focus on I can always find a class to suit. Zoe is great at explaining the moves as well as what to look out for if a move is not done correctly.
Endless Opportunities
Having done face to face classes with the inspirational Zoe for several years having the app covering all manner of pilates sessions to do when and where it suits is a game changer! We all lead busy lives so to be able to exercise at any time to suit you is fabulous. Zoe is warm, engaging, clear and encouraging. The app is like having Zoe permanently at your beck and call, easy to use too, no matter what aspect of pilates you are looking for or your level of ability. Love it!

So simple to use and great content
I have been using Zoe’s platform for some time. The app launch has taken the classes to another level! So easy to navigate and visually appealing! Love Zoe and Claire, so much fun to do their reformer classes.
So easy to use
Been using Zoe as my ‘in person’ Pilates instructor for years but this is just like having her at home too! The app is really easy to navigate around to find the right content. Good mix of short and longer classes. She’s great fun so the classes whizz by. Even my 14 year old son is a convert!
