Excellent sleep monitoring guide
This is the best sleep app I've used by miles. It's an easy 5 stars from me 🙂 Each new update comes with improved features. Great job by the team.

This app provides interesting data on my sleep. I do not like Snooze Lab. I find it lacks depth and detail, which is annoying. Here are some suggestions for future Snooze Lab topics: 1) Deep sleep. Are there any studies on adults who get abnormally high levels of deep sleep? That would be an interesting topic to explore in Snooze Lab. 2) REM sleep. Same question. Are there any studies on adults who get abnormally high levels of REM sleep (other than the low-powered depression studies)? 3) Please cite your sources in Snooze Lab and provide clickable links that will take the user to the actual study as published on Pubmed. Even if the study is behind a paywall, an interested user could at least read the abstract and obtain the study if they are interested. 4) FYI, Snooze Lab comes across as Bro Science right now because it does not cite its sources. Otherwise, the app earns four stars from me and I am still paying for it, so there’s that.

I have been using the free version for a couple months but am very unimpressed with the accuracy. It gets my time also wrong almost every night and also says I’m waking up much more often than I am. My Apple Watch Health app seems to jibe much better with my own perception. I’m deleting the app.
I especially like the app’s Edit function that provides a large number of highly detailed breakdowns of each night’s sleep pattern, enabling the user to choose the most accurate one to record. (This feature might be part of the premium subscription plan.)
The Pillow App has been very helpful to me in making sure that I am getting adequate sleep each night. I would definitely recommend this app.
Previously paid for the subscription then canceled and used the free version. Now I’ve resubscribed to the premium membership. Free works fine but if you’re a data nerd 🤓 and truly want to make some changes, it’s totally worth the money!
