First of all, this review is of the app, not the coffee. The coffee is outstanding! The app has basic functionality, but lacks common features, found in other similar apps, such as keeping track of your orders so that you can efficiently replicate past orders, rather than having select your drink and special add-ons, size, type of milk, etc. Pilot should stand spend a bit more time on user experience and enhance the functionality.

Cold brew is not available and there’s a price discrepancy

Always has Tuesday closed. Doesn’t make sense

Last few orders haven’t counted towards my points and now can’t even order delivery. Repeatedly asks for an address when the address has been selected and is listed. Very very frustrating

I’m sure this is a good app if I could use it on the iPhone 14 Pro Max. After careful and challenging clicking I was able to place an order but shouldn’t be this hard.

Does not seem to adjust properly for the size of an iPhone 14 pro.
