Garbage and fueling never works

Dont know what they have done to it the last year but cannot ever use the app to fuel. Always says they are having trouble communicating with the server. Doesn’t matter where I am it never works. You know whose app works everytime? Loves app. Im done with Pilot/Flying J I will never spend my money at another store. Loves for life now

Updated but garbage

Since the updates the app doesn’t work. Can’t get info on paid parking anymore, or view what’s available for showers. Nice to know Warren Buffett is too cheap to toss out the incompetent idiots that run this company straight into the ground.

App works great

I love how I can buy digital gift cards and load them onto my app and when I go into a flying Jay’s gas station all I have to do is walk up. Tell The tell her how much I wanna put on the pump she scans the app and it takes it right out of the account. It’s so easy to use. It has made me use Flying Jay’s as my main convenience store gas station when traveling.

Pilot points are perfect. I get enough points to the point I don’t spend my own money on snacks

Slowly becoming trash

So this app worked awesome when I first downloaded it it has worked well for more than a year but here lately all I deal with is sorry your transaction has been canceled when I’m trying to set up fueling or we are seeing unusual activity on your account what’s the point of using an app if it isn’t working more than half the time and I’m also dealing with mobile fueling unavailable a lot too
