Pincode: Grocery Delivery App

I ordered 3 order from that 2 was canceled by store and one is showing me delivered while it is not delivered to me ….. there is no contact number and no help line number …. My 300 rs order went goes waste ….. worse app for online grocery ……. I will suggest everyone not to buy from Pincode

I have been placing orders the stores representatives simply rejecting the orders but in app it was showing it was being processed and order will deliver soon no customer excutive to interact and simply raising tickets and no resolution provided in the tickets and its being auto closed after one day very worst app to use don’t be trapped with this app.

Better go with alternatives as there is no confirmation on the delivery. The delivery rate is around 20%. I placed 3 orders, one is accepted initially but rejected later by Store after delivery time elapsed. The second one is not even accepted after 3 hours of delivery time. No response from call or help support. I don’t know what I have to go through for 3rd order. I regret after knowing that the rejected orders amount also adjusted as phone pe gift card cashback.

I had an absolutely pathetic experience with the Pincode grocery delivery app. My order was marked as delivered, but I never received it. When I tried calling the store, no one answered my calls. To make matters worse, there's no customer support number available through the app. I'm not sure how to get my refund for the order. I actually downloaded this app because it is backed by PhonePe and saw the reviews with a 4.2 rating in stores. I'm not sure how this app got such high ratings. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a delivery service. Completely unreliable and unresponsive. Avoid this app at all costs!

I have place a order after sometime time it is showing as delivered, then i called the delivery person he is telling i tried to call you but call was not connected so i delivered to someone, the app itself has no COD option and the how the delivery person could give to some other person without calling I didn’t got any call from him and he lied when i raised the complaint against this there is no proper response from the app seriously this is fraud app i lost my money. If there is any customer care number is there please provide.

I have ordered on this app. They refuse to deliver the order and no one gives any proper response . Still know I haven’t neither received my money nor the order . They are all cheats .
