Overpriced service for the "convenience" of prepaid electricity contract and an app to follow consumption. Well, the app doesnt show consumption in real time. It updates the day after. You cant zoom in the graph to see more clearly or to check between certain hours... the functionality just isnt there to justify the absurd cost. I only used them because I was forced to when I moved in until I signed with another provider. And apparently they charge like 500€ to remove their counter. Stay away from this scam.

Mobile reception on the meter is not good meaning you have to enter the long codes manually… except the app truncated the codes so you cant see them.

I need a notification when the balance is low. I highlighted before that this doesn’t work on my iPhone. Please fix it. It is not acceptable that Pinergy cut off customers because the app doesn’t work.

Pinergy is just a scam among the energy providers. Extremely expensive electricity and what you get in return? A buggy app!

It is such a bad electricity system to have especially if you are a student. Quite inaccurate too. Just overall a bad company just aiming to extract ever small cent.

Recently Joined, unable to add my debit card, called few times , said they will escalate

I was going on holidays my balance was €20 when I came back home from holidays yesterday app showing balance € -58.73.
