I signed up for an account to be able to send money to Lagos Nigeria. I received two emails back 1) Asking for government issued ID, Utility bill and selfie...which I sent. 2) pictures proving that we know each other by providing pictures of us together... I sent 4 pictures. I’ve known and have been friends with this man since 2013 but it stated that because I’m not of African decent, I would have to provide proof that we have seen each other in person or receive a refund. Frankly I find that comment extremely offensive. I have not received a refund and the funds were taken from my account. Even though I provided everything they asked for, I have been blocked from my account and it now shows that there was never a transaction. All that is left on my app is his information. I wanted to surprise him for New Years Eve and it seems the surprise is on me. I will update when/if this is rectified.

There use to be interac option to send money and now it’s only debit visa/MC. What happens to some of us that our banks don’t offer debit visa/MC card?

Poor Very Poor customer service And unprofessional at most. can hear voices in the background. Called to know why my account was blocked when I had done nothing and my call was always sent to voice mail. At first it seems like a good app but with time they show their true color

Please work on the App crashes

This is a very good app

This is such a great APP. The only challenge I am facing is that anytime I try to view my past transactions on the APP it crashes.

Ping Express best App to send money back home very fast The customer service responds very quick anytime you called even midnight and resolve your issues.ping Express also give bonus to costumer. Good job keep it up guys

Just updated my app and after putting in the amount the application crashes and closes. Hope this will get fixed.

This app gets money or airtime across to other countries instantly!!!...blessings to the developer!!!
