알려주신대로 ㅡ 앱에서 재설치 버튼을 눌러봤지만, “구매내역이 없습니다”라는 알림이 뜨고 ㅡ 삭제 후 재설치를 해봐도 여전히 사용이 안되며 ㅡ 환불 신청을 했더니, 환불 대상이 아니라고 합니다. 어떻게 하면 좋을까요? ————————————————— 2019년 12월 17일에 구구단 전체 상품을 구매 했는데, 현재까지 사용할 수 없는 상태가 계속 되고 있습니다. ㅡ 카드값 정상 청구되었음 ㅡ 애플 아이디 구매목록에는 구매된 것으로 나옴 (MTF4G1S25B) ㅡ 구구단 앱 상에서 ‘재설치’ 버튼을 누르면 ‘구매내역이 없습니다’라는 알림이 뜸 ㅡ 개발자 홈페이지에는 문의 가능한 연락처가 전혀 없음 환불 조치 또는 사용 가능하게 처리해주면 좋겠네요...

Very cute app however after purchasing app is still locked

This is a very cute app for kids to learn their times table. I went ahead and purchased despite the negative reviews of not being able to use the app . After payment I still only have access to free content when the entire times table 2-9 should be unlocked to me. It would be great if someone from PinkFong app support would reach out and help me. I’ve tried the restore button and delete/redownload but nothing worked.

Im 11 and I haven’t memorized my times tables so I gave this a try but there was only the 2s and 3s there should be I free trial I would have kept it for longer as soon as I saw that I deleted it from my iPad

I purchased the full version but it doesn’t work!!

I tried several times to restore my purchase but it gives an error message. I would like the full app or my money back!
