Wi-Fi環境下でダウンロード終了までページを移動しなければちゃんとできます！一年前にダウンロードして、iphone買い換えた後でも引き続き再ダウンロード出来てます。子どもたちはノリノリの曲が大好きです^_^私もついつい歌っちゃいます。

改善されましたか？

Pinkfongのアニメーションとフォニックスが好きで購入したいのですが、ダウンロードできないとのレビューがあり心配です。バグ修正のアップロードは3ヶ月前にもあったみたいですが、現在は有料ダウンロードも問題なくできる状態なのでしょうか？

課金したのにダウンロードできない

子供が気に入って、1,600円払ったのにローディング中…だけでダウンロードされない。。支払い完了メールはきてるのに… 詐欺だ…

課金したのに出来ない

1600円でも２歳の息子が気に入ってるので購入したのに、遊ぼうとするとまた同じ購入画面。出来ればやりたいのですが、どうすればいいのでしょう？

購入三点しまして。クリスマス前に、それら全てがダウンロードできません、支払い完了メールは来ていますが。

No offline mode

My toddler thoroughly enjoys learning from the pink Fong series.The content is engagingHowever there are two major issues that I have with the application library. 1.There is no off-line mode for the app. When we are off of Wi-Fi or in a restaurant with low reception the app goes back to demo mode and does not allow access to the premium purchase content. We have experienced this several times where we have to go back online and click restore to be able to access the paid contact again. 2. There is an updated content once you buy the app. It would be nice to see some new content whenever there’s an update however we have had these apps for five months now and have not yet seen anything new loaded in the app.As you can see from the version history this app hasn’t been updated in over two years. It would be nice to see new contact especially when they have a subscription-based pay model;Why are you subscribe when there’s no new content?!?
