Improve your skills and become a Pinochle pro! Play single or double deck games with three different difficulty levels so you can work your way up to playing like a pro. Pinochle Classic has many settings so you can configure the game to play with whichever rule variations you prefer including: single/double deck, scoring in multiples of ten, game winning score, minimum bid, passing cards count, hints, undo button, and adjustable game play speeds for slow, standard, or fast play.
If you are new to the game, Pinochle Classic has an interactive tutorial to teach you how to play by guiding you through a single round of a game.
An analyze button can be turned on to help you evaluate your hand and pick a smart bid by simulating thousands of games and showing you likely round score outcomes. A hint button can be turned on to help you see what card the computer Pro player would play in your situation. Extensive statistics are kept for wins/losses, average contract, average meld, and average counters and success rate in making your bid.
All cards are dealt randomly to all players, so the difference between the Easy, Standard, and Pro computer players is in how well they remember what cards have been played and how they choose to play the cards they are dealt.

The better you get, the worse the cards are that are dealt to you.
I love a good challenge, however, I have been playing this game on and off for years and I have noticed that the better I get at playing and beating the pro level the worse my bidding hands have become. I have played several games in a row with absolutely no hands to bid on. The opposing "players" always have melds that are above 30 points every time.
I know this game is based on skill as much as the cards dealt but being beat 10 games in a row with scores 298 (the pro generated team) - just barely making it to 100 points (my team) 10 games in a row and not even being able to bid and name Trump is getting quite boring.
It's like watching paint dry. Time to move on to a new app

Fun game but not balanced dealing
The game is easy and fun to use but the dealing isn’t fair or balanced. When you get an overwhelming fraction of weak hands as compared to the opponents it is impossible to win. The ada are too long and between every hand.

This pinochle app is fun . I like the undo tab to play around and try different passes. It’s an adventure playing to see how the various hands play out. Great app for rainy day relaxing and playing pinochle. I’ve had some amazing hands playing double deck. FUN!!

It’s an ok game, then the ads for other games started popping up. Not interested at all, deleted the game.
Pinochle classic
I love this game and play it often but when I play there’s a glitch when the hand is over, the deal doesn’t start again. I have to sometimes close it out shut my phone down and restart it in order for it to start dealing again. I wish you guys would fix this. I love this game.
Bugs
I love playing this game. Brings back memories from long ago. The only negative for me is, if I exit out of the game to do something else, and try to start a new game, I have to delete the app, reinstall, then play. Just a fyi.
This could be fun but it’s not
There’s just no competitive play. If I play on easy, we cremate the other team every time. If they take the bid, they go set. On any other setting, I can’t get a hand to save my, um meld. The other team seems to be dealt the better hands, although it’s supposed to be a random deal. Is there meld bidding to your partner? I don’t see it in the instructions. I used to play double pinochle when I was younger, so I’m not a complete newb. Just needs a better algorithm or something.
One other thing… It freezes up every.single.day. Fix that and it might be more conducive to play.
