App keeps on crashing. UI needs to be improved.

I kept clicking forget password and still couldn’t log in.

Please fix this kind of issue.

Cannot log in for days now, whatever device I use

So stoked when I learned that there’s a virtual race app like this one here in the Philippines! What I like about the app is the partnered advocacies that they do to support local and national causes as well. The interface will definitely improve over time, and I suggest that they prioritize that as well. As for the overall appeal, hands down a great app and motivation to work on a healthy lifestyle anytime, anywhere. I hope you’ll continue to have more races in the future!

Buggy app and outdated ui 😢 Pls hire a ui designer to make a fresh update. However kudos to the ppl behind this concept. 👏🏻 Esp the free virtual runs. My friends and I really enjoy them.

App crashed after signup via fb. When trying to login with fb, keeps on prompting - an error occurred, pls try again later. Too bad, was excited to use the app. Hope this can be fixed.

App crashes when login via facebook

I overlooked the headache from navigating their buggy iu/ux (no matter how many improvements or updates they claim, it’s pretty much the same!) just to be able to get rewards for our runs and walks. The only reason my husband and I opted for this was to support local ones over the nicer medals from international suppliers. However, when I got a high risk pregnancy where I was bedridden and had to be wheelchair bound, they would not let me refund ONE run or let it be moved until after my pregnancy. Proof that they’re only after your money and do not genuinely have any concern at all for their customers.
