Llevamos muchos años mejorándonos de cosecha en cosecha, aprendiendo cada día más, sabemos muy bien la humedad y temperaturas idóneas que necesitan nuestro maíz y ají cachucha para potenciarles su sabor criollo.
Y no solo somos exigentes en la cosecha, sino que seleccionamos y empaquetamos todo a mano, solo lo mejor y más saludable sale al mercado.
