PiP-it allows you to play videos picture-in-picture and ad-free from the YouTube app and other apps that block or don't offer this functionality.
From the YouTube app, just press Share > More > Picture in Picture with PiP-it! and *boom* your video plays picture in picture while you can continue to use your iPad for other things.
New Playlists Feature in 2.0:
Create playlists of YouTube and other videos that auto-play picture in picture without any interaction!

Amazing app but please update!

This is what Pip was always suppose to be!

Is This App Still Being Supported?

It’s great but if it isn’t going to be supported, just remove it from app store. If you need a subscription model, please make it like $1/month.

Need update

The App has been working great until last week. Every once in a while YouTube does something to block the app but a new update always fixes the problem. Please fix, I miss using PiP!

Stopped working. YouTube has a way of discovering cheat apps, and disabling them. Glad it lasted as long as it did.....

Great app for years, not needed by now, 2022.

Seems that YT has finally updated and returned the PiP function to users. Lazy dudes… However, this app has been the go-to for PiP for years and it worked wonders anytime I needed it. Thank you for developing this feature.

WHAT HAPPENED?

This has been my favorite, probably most used app for over a year. Yes, there are some videos that don’t work in it-but that’s been ok. The majority of my apps are fine. Tonight, (I haven’t upgraded to iPad 16 yet, just fyi; and yes, I paid); I saved some videos, tutorials for painting. I DID have issues with the app crashing while saving-but they saved in my history. Saved them to my painting playlist & Set up to start painting. As soon as I tap on ANY video, whether in the playlist OR the history, the app crashes. In other words, it’s not working AT ALL! I’m afraid if I delete & reinstall, I’ll lose my playlists I’ve been making for a year. Help!!

Even Worse Than I Imagined.

I downloaded to see why this app was rated to be such crap. Honestly not sure what I’m looking at here. This is not an app. Did a drunk boomer try to play a joke? Get this trash out of here. Stop wasting peoples time.

The had stopped working and I reached out to get the issues resolved and they responded without delay. This is a great app and the developer stands behind their work. 👊🏿 I Appreciate the hard work.
