It used to work fine but now it doesn’t. I mainly use it for YouTube.

PiPifier is an Action extension for Safari that lets you use every HTML5 (thats about every web video on iOS) video in Picture in Picture mode.
If you have an HTML5 video playing on any website like Youtube just press PiPifier in Safari's Webtools Menu to enable Picture-In-Picture for this video.
With this extension you can even run PiP mode on sites that hide the native video controls (so that you can not enable PiP there)
Usage:
1. Open Safari
2. Open the Webtools Menu (aA)
3. Choose Manage Extensions
4. Enable 'PiPifier'
5. Select 'PiPifier' on a website with a video

Does exactly what it says, and allows you to PIP websites with embedded video like YouTube. Easy installation, no issues, and it’s free. What more can you ask for in an app? Thanks a tonne guys!
Game Changer for iPhone
Really great to have this especially for YouTube in the browser, but also other streaming apps. Sometimes it “disappears” while it’s playing if browsing between apps. Else I would give it 5⭐️. P.S. did not expect to be Rick Rolled by an app listing! Nicely done 😆
Perfect for YouTube
YouTube has clearly tried to disable PiP on iPhone and this app is the perfect workaround for it. Two taps and PiP works again. I donated because this app is worth paying for. Thanks for the great work.

Does not appear in manage extension menu on 2018 iPad Pro 11”. So no way to enable it in Safari. Works perfectly on iPhone though.
