Mr Wilborn is RIGHT
Theres no way to stop it except turn off 24 hour segments or uninstall the app. There’s no half or quarter hour options. It only offers the military (24 hour) time format. Needs 12 hour format option. I think Pip Pip uses too much battery and probably will discontinue daily use. I also loved the CHIME app. Pippip is the closest to the function that Ive found. ITS HANDY to have an hourly signal but the additional graphics etc. are using power. It could be improved as noted by Wilborn’s review. Chime is still on my phone but it was crippled somehow and won’t make the signal sound any longer. It will start and run. I cant find the developer name because the apple store blocked it. Here is the Chime main screen as it’s displayed on my iphone- the chimes could be set to quarter or half-hour, or hourly. [chime every: quarter hour] [from: 10 am] [till: 2 am] [using: speech (female)] [on | off]
