NOT BALANCED AT ALL DONT BUY IT
Addictive gameplay and easy to learn.
First off this is a fun game with lots of variation and variety. If you enjoy strategy mixed with a bit of luck in gameplay, definitely give this a try. I do have beef with some of the probability based skills and cards in this game though. Especially around a “drunk build” which seems to be broken. When drunk your character is supposed to have a 50% hit rate, offset by every hit being a critical. Even having the relic that is supposed to reduce misses to 25% does NOT work. I have played this enough and tracked hits/misses to know even with the relic, miss rates stay at close to 50%. If you play as Vigilante, you will miss pretty much 75-90% of your attacks. Definitely something broken in the mechanics behind “probability” based attacks.
Arena boss 60 lvl Doesn’t miss 10 times after being debuffed 10 times! So 50% miss chance doesn’t work! Improve your broken game or make it clear that probabilities in your game are broken!
Why arena mobs are so overpowered? 40 dmg per turn and no healing possibilities...
Either this game is really hard or I’m just bad at it. Regardless I’m loving the challenge. This feels like a real game on mobile, rare to find in the age of slot machine apps disguised as games.
I’ve beat the game three times over. Wish they’d make more content. Or use this model to take the game to space or medieval times. Anyway, I miss playing it but I can only play the same content so many times.
I’m a huge fan of these style games and this is a very good one. There are a few things that I just don’t get and ruin the game for me. The game works off with targeting by sliding a card up to a certain target. Makes sense right? The only thing you can’t target is when you melee which forces you to attack the closest opponent. That makes sense as well. What doesn’t make sense is when I have a heal card and slide up but accidentally let go to early and it heals an opponent. Why would the game think I want that or allow it. Am I missing another tactic for late game? How can I not target with melee any opponent but can with a heal spell that I definitely don’t want them to have. Same thing with positive effect cards. Why would the game allow me to target an opponent? Developers, if I am wrong please let me know, because after playing about 4 hours total I still don’t see why.
It’s like slay the spire but not a complex, a good easy mode of the game. There’s still an issue where the game freezes whenever you attacked by a wolf in the northern region
The game itself is perfectly fine. It’s a fun time. I have an issue with games that you pay for then have to purchase DLC for later to access all of it. Either charge more up front and give full access (using the reputation to buy power ups) or have it be “free to play” and then charge for DLC to access more.
